BETA Drywall System
The BETA Drywall System has a galvanised steel framework with floor tracks and vertical studs that are assembled to form a strong structure for the assembly of a wide range of partitioning designs.
Fire rated drywalls
Fire rated drywalls act as a fire resistive barrier. CAPCO has three different fire rated drywall systems ranging in thickness and effectiveness from 30 and 60-minute fire rated to 120-minute fire rated.

CAPCO stock and supply a range of drywall fixings and accessories for all ceiling systems. These include the most common fixings such as screwsand bits, impact anchors, hollow wall fixings, purlin clips, rivets and fixing tools as well as a comprehensive range of ironmongery and internal partitioning and ceiling accessories.

CAPCO has a range of plasterboards, plasters and jointing tapeproducts. The plasterboards are 80% pure gypsum, high-quality paper. Capco’s range of plaster has a quick setting drywall joint filler for patching and bedding and the jointing tape forms a smooth crack free joint.
TRIM-TEX Drywall sections
CAPCO is a supplier of TRIM-TEX Drywall sections that are simple to useto create complicated structures such as alcoves, archways, bulkheads with soft edging, chamfered edges, niches, curved walls, and intricate design features.
Toilet partitions
Toilet partitions are installed in such a way that in order to prevent gaps between uneven tiles and walls, the partition and pilasters are fixed to the walls with aluminum receiving channels which are fixed to the wall or tiles.
BETA executive aluminium doors
CAPCO’s BETA executive aluminium doors vary from single to double doors with full glass or with a mid-rail. The timber doors come in a variety of styles from plain wooden doors to horizonal grooved doors. CAPCO also offers heavy and light duty timber doors. CAPCO supplies classA (60-minute fire rating) and class B (120-minute fire rating) doors as well.
thermal and acoustic insulation
CAPCO provide thermal and acoustic insulation for ceilings and drywalls. They supply a variety of different insulation products and materials. Thermal insulation products range from Isotherm to Aerolite to combi-cut materials. Acoustic insulation products range from Cavity batt and Knauf to our very own CAPCO Acoustic made with non-combustible glass wool.
